Acceptance of terms

By downloading, installing, or using any Teknikforce app — including Gymertia, Eatona, and Udharu — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and anyone accessing any feature of the apps.

Use of the apps

You agree to use Teknikforce apps only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the app
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems or services
• Use the app to transmit harmful, offensive, or unlawful content
• Interfere with or disrupt the app's servers or infrastructure
• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense any part of the app or its content

Your account

To access certain features you must create an account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

• You must be at least 13 years old to use our apps. Users under 18 confirm they have parental or guardian consent
• You must provide accurate and complete information when registering
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account

AI features

All Teknikforce apps use artificial intelligence to deliver personalised recommendations. By using any AI powered feature, you acknowledge that:

• AI generated content is for informational purposes only and may not always be accurate
• Relevant data and messages may be sent to OpenAI for processing
• AI output is not a substitute for professional medical, nutritional, or fitness advice
• You use AI features at your own discretion and risk

Intellectual property

All content within Teknikforce apps — including app design, branding, logos, text, graphics, and software — is the property of Teknikforce Ventures LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the apps for personal purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the apps without prior written consent.

Disclaimer of warranties

The apps are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the apps will be uninterrupted, error free, or free of harmful components. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Teknikforce and its affiliates, officers, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of data, adverse health outcomes, or financial loss — arising from your use of or inability to use the apps.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to any app at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if we discontinue the app.

You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the app ceases immediately.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as our apps evolve. When we make material changes we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the apps after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the apps shall be resolved through good faith negotiation, and if necessary, through the appropriate legal channels in the jurisdiction of the company.
