Storage & security

Your data is stored locally on your device using SQLite. Data that requires cloud backup such as account details and sync history is stored on secure, access controlled servers.

Sharing & third parties

OpenAI integration

Apps that use AI features send relevant data to OpenAI for processing. OpenAI operates under enterprise grade security and privacy standards and does not use your data to train its models.

What we never do

  • Sell your personal data to any third party
  • Share your data for marketing or advertising purposes
  • Use your information for anything beyond running the app

Our hosting and infrastructure partners may access data solely to operate our services. We may also disclose information when required by a court order or applicable law.

Section 5

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data at any time. Since most data lives on your device you can delete it by clearing the app's storage or uninstalling the app.

Data deletion request

To request deletion of any server side data, open a support ticket at Teknikforce Support with the title "Data Modification Request". We process requests within 4 working days and purge data from our servers within 30 days.

Children's privacy

Our apps are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with their data, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

Changes to this policy

We may revise this policy as our apps evolve. When we make material changes we will update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use our apps after a change takes effect means you accept the updated policy.
